T/TAS delivers high quality resources, training and technical assistance, and child care guided by the Head Start philosophy and goals, and practical application of the principles of child development, management, and human services. The T/TAS Philosophy and Goals

Our goals are:

• To provide practical, creative, and research-based training and consultation;
• To develop and distribute products which support the work of practitioners and parents in programs serving children birth to five and their families;
• To support human services providers in meeting the needs of communities and individuals at all stages of life;
• To create, tailor, and customize services to meet the specific needs of individual programs and agencies; and
• To provide meeting and conference planning and support which ensure that events are content-rich, welcoming to participants, and effortless for the client.
