T/TAS offers a comprehensive line of services to conduct research and support the positive development of local Head Start, Early Head Start, and early childhood programs, grantee and delegate agencies, other human services agencies, professional organizations, and associations, including:
- Conducting research studies for associations, programs, and other entities.
- Writing position statements or “white papers” for associations, programs, and others.
- Conducting surveys for associations, programs, and other entities.
- Writing or revising program plans, training plans, policies and procedures, community assessments, menus (planning and/or review), financial manuals, operating procedures for associations, programs, and others.
- Preparing refunding applications and writing grant proposals for associations, programs, and others.
- Serving as participants or advisors to programmatic or organizational Research Committees.
