T/TAS staff, with their solid academic backgrounds in their content areas and years of experience in Head Start, human services, and the non-profit sector, are available to provide targeted, responsive, practical TA.
- On-site and off-site technical assistance, either on a one-time or long-term basis, in person, by phone, mail or e-mail.
- Strategic planning for associations, Boards, Policy Councils, and program leadership.
- PRIDE review (Preliminary Review In Determining Effectiveness).
PRIDE reviews give grantees the opportunity to identify problems, make adjustments, and

- Consultant services to support staff in local programs (examples include Understanding Child Outcomes Data, Early Childhood Curriculum Selection, Designing A Community Assessment, and Program Self-Assessment Strategies).
- Consultant services to agencies and associations (examples include Research Design and Support, Research Committee Consultation and Support, Quality Improvement plans, Program Innovation, Addressing Quality Initiatives.
- Contracts for other specific staff services. Examples include interim program or component management, dental exams, Research and Development services.
